When you passenger lands at the airport, have the passenger call us at (650) 566-9999  it confirms the passenger did not miss the flight. After grabbing the luggage the passenger needs to call us again, At that time we will provide the scheduled taxi cab number to the passenger, and the passenger needs to go in front of the taxi cab line and wait the for the scheduled taxicab number. The general wait time after you call is 5-10 minutes.
